Alfalfa is incredibly rich in vitamins and minerals. It supports immunity and can strengthen bones and tooth enamel. I bought it for my husband and myself to enhance our metabolism. Good Alfalfa contains wonderful nutrients beneficial for joint health. My chiropractor recommended it, and it seems to help. They feed alfalfa to racehorses for bone health, so I believe it will be good for my bones too!
